Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the website.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Firearm & Suppressor Shipments
All firearms and suppressors must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You will be required to provide FFL details at checkout or after your purchase. Orders will not be processed until we have received and verified the FFL information.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Firearm and suppressor orders may require additional processing time to verify FFL information.
- Standard shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Restrictions & Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm and suppressor purchases. We do not ship to restricted states or jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within two (2) days of placing it for a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Return Policy procedures.

8. Returns Policy
NFA firearm order cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee and only applies to orders where the ATF transfer process has not been started and the return request was made within 7 days of purchase.
If the BATFE transfer process has been started, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. If we have not initiated the BATFE paperwork, and a refund is requested after 7 days from the order date, a restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to the order total amount. Incoming transfers, orders 14 days or older and those orders that have shipped do not qualify for a refund. The NFA tax is not refundable.
Accessory cancellations and returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of order delivery in original unopened packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to Silencer Garge are the sole responsibility of the customer. Should the product come back with missing parts, damage or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering, it may result in a higher restocking fee.
